Homework help that explains, without giving the answer.
Mwana supports primary-school children aged 5 to 13, in French. It guides step by step, asks questions and encourages, like a patient older sibling.
What Mwana does with your child
Two doors on the home screen, depending on the moment, plus voice for children who still read or write slowly.
Homework
The child types the instruction or takes a photo of the exercise. Mwana reads it, then helps the child work it out, one step at a time.
Discovery
Animals, stars, the Congo River… Mwana answers the “whys” in simple words, adapted to the child’s age and grade.
Speak and listen
The child can dictate a question instead of typing it, and listen to the answer read aloud.
Designed to protect children
We collect as little as possible. Here are the essentials; the details are in the privacy policy.
- No account, no email, no phone number.
- The child’s real first name stays on the phone.
- No advertising.
- Exercise photos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- The conversation history is kept on the phone.
- A parent can erase the history and the photos by deleting the child’s profile.
How it works
Installation and first setup are done by a parent.
- The parent creates the profile
First name, age band and grade: that is all it takes. - The child picks a door
“Homework” for an exercise, “Discovery” for a curiosity. - Mwana guides
It explains, asks and congratulates, without doing the homework for the child.
